Jake Goldstein

Currently, at Penn State, I am an active member of the organization Old State Realty. Old State Realty is the only student-run case study organization specializing in commercial real estate at Penn State. We meet with industry professionals during our weekly meetings and have education sessions about Excel and Commercial Real Estate.

I was also recently appointed co-director of education for the Penn State Realty Association, where I will lead weekly meetings that help students develop their skills through case studies, market discussions, and guest speakers. These sessions will help build foundational knowledge in property valuation, investment analysis, and overall real estate terminology.​
